The Carrossier ProColor network, a member of CSN Collision Centres, the largest network of collision repair facilities in Canada, is proud to announce that Carrossier ProColor Drummondville and Drummondville Centre are now part of the network’s collision centres to be certified by the CCIAP.
«This is a unique chance to update our collision repair centres! » says Jean-Pierre Landry, owner of Carrossier ProColor Drummondville and Drummondville Centre. As a matter of fact, the CCIAP program provides the opportunity to be part of Canada’s highest caliber body shops.
Built by the industry for the industry, the CCIAP program enables collision repair shops to raise their level of customer satisfaction through assured quality repairs. It proves to customers and insurance partners that the collision centre has the required qualifications and equipment to repair the most recent vehicles.
In order to meet modern requirements of safe and effective vehicle repairs, Jean-Pierre Landry and his team have made major investments in their workshops’ equipment and staff training.
« On the accreditations’ side, we decided to go for the highest number of vehicle manufacturer certifications possible. Our goal is to retain our I-CAR Gold Class status with ongoing training to maintain our CCIAP accreditation » says M. Landry.
In fact, one of the many criteria for obtaining the CCIAP accreditation is to maintain I-CAR’s Gold Class status through training.
The CCIAP measures the standards of a collision repair centre based on those of the repair certification networks of major vehicle manufacturers. For Jean-Pierre Landry, this program is the option of choice: « In my opinion, this is a very valuable start in demonstrating how much the collision industry has evolved, allowing for standardization of repair facilities ».
« So, yes, I recommend the CCIAP certification to stand out and bring a significant contribution to the trade’s progress » Mr. Landry concludes.
Carrossier ProColor Drummondville is located at 303, William in Drummondville and Carrossier ProColor Drummondville Centre is located at 1200, boul. Lemire in Drummondville.
