CODE OF ETHICS

All Carrossier ProColor collision repair centres pledge to:

  • Provide accurate and detailed computerized estimates as well as clear and thorough work orders that will be respected.
  • Perform only necessary repairs.
  • Respect the environment in their actions and procedures.
  • Provide a lifetime warranty*.
  • Train their staff to ensure it remains at the cutting edge of the latest technical and technological advances.
  • Install only parts from suppliers that are approved by insurers.
  • Act with integrity at all times and never participate in fraud against a customer or insurer.
  • Comply with the highest safety standards.
  • Keep their facilities clean and provide impeccable customer service.
  • Deliver quality work that meets industry standards at a fair and reasonable price.
  • Inform the customer and/or the insurer before performing any unwritten repairs.
  • Share, support and respect the network’s decisions.

*As long as the customer owns the vehicle.
