THE PROSATISFACTION PROGRAM

Customer experience is a big deal here at Carrossier ProColor! Over the years, our commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience that is consistent across our network of collision repair centres has played an important role in the rise of Carrossier ProColor as an industry leader. In order to ensure that we continue to meet and exceed the highest expectations of our customers, we have implemented a customer experience management program which we baptised the ProSatisfaction Program.

The ProSatisfaction Program was designed to address numerous aspects that influence the customer experience and consists of several key elements, such as:

  • A continuous customer experience training program for our collision repair centres
  • Measuring and monitoring KPIs and CSIs for all members of the network
  • A customer care procedure for customers who feel they did not receive the level of service they expected
  • Ensuring network standards and procedures are respected by all collision repair centres
