All work performed by the Carrossier ProColor network is guaranteed. Certain conditions apply.
If you discover a defect following a repair, start by contacting the collision centre that performed the repair. If you have moved or if the collision centre has moved or ceased its operations, contact the Carrossier ProColor Head Office to be referred to another collision centre in your area.
To be eligible for warranty coverage, your claim must be accompanied by the repair invoice and the warranty document that was given to you when your vehicle was delivered.
The Carrossier ProColor National Limited Lifetime Warranty covers labor and paint materials. Moreover, the warranty on replaced parts is limited to the warranty provided by the supplier or manufacturer of said part. Excluded from this guarantee are; damage caused by normal aging of the vehicle, rust or flaking paint caused by rocks, other collision or impact.
For a warranty claim to be administered by a repair centre other than the one that repaired the vehicle or in case of dispute, communicate with Carrossier ProColor’s Head Office.
